Conference fee

*Graduate Students must provide an official authorization of their status. Please send it to our Conference Secretariat.

The abstract submission and the registration will be closed on 3rd May.

The conference fee covers: Wine reception, 2 lunch buffets, 1 light dinner buffet, coffee at breaks, farewell party including dinner buffet.

Please register for the conference and submit your abstract via the

online registration form.

The conference fee can only be payed by bank transfer to the following account:

Please ensure that the name/s of the participants are clearly stated on the bank transfer. Bank transfer charges are the responsibility of the payer and should be paid at source in addition to the conference fee.

As this is a package, please kindly note there are no refunds for portions not taken.

Cancellation Policy

Our refund policy for registration is based upon receiving notification as follows:

• Received up to March, 14, 2013 - full refund
• From March, 15, 2013 - May, 14, 2013 - 100 Euro (50 Euro for students)
• From May, 14, 2013 - no refunds
