• Falcon II Direct electron detector
• Orius CCD for screening
• GIF 1000 XP ccd for GIF imaging (Falcon imaging with GIF is possible)

• FEI Tomo4 software for automated tomography
• SerialEM for automated tomography , large area maps and single particle acquisition (using scripts)
• Leginon for automated single particle acquisition

The Titan-Krios is dedicated for cryo-TEM. Main applications are:

• Movie mode for Falcon with 17 frames/s at full resolution
