In 2019, Cologne hosts the event, hosted by the University of Cologne and organized by young members of the German Physics Society (DPG). More then 500 next generation physicists, from a plethora of different career stages participate, ranging from Bachelor students to PhD candidates. To highlight the full scientific spectrum of the Bonn-Cologne region, the conference guests visited a number of notable research institutions, among them caesar.
